Mark Adams, MD
414-456-6934 As medical director, Dr. Adams oversees all medical issues involving donor identification, evaluation and organ recovery. In addition to his medical director responsibilities, Dr. Adams is also professor and chief of transplant surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, staff surgeon at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, member of the Liver and Intestine Committee, member of the National Kidney Foundation - Wisconsin Chapter Board of Directors, and chairman of the American Society of Transplant Surgeons Informatics Committee. With the WDN since its federal designation in 1988, Dr. Adams has a BA from Reed College, Portland, Oregon, and MD from the University of Oregon Medical School, Portland, Oregon, and MS from the Medical College of Wisconsin. |
